Dear Mr. Williams

            Referring to our No 446, we regret to inform you that our costumer has refused to take delivery of 2 out of 10 cases of sonny tape recordes because the goods werw badly damaged during transit.

            There was nothing wrong with the forwarding company in transporting thegoods. The main cause of damaged was due to the improrer packing in your Warehousing Department. The material from which the two cases were made was so poor that it is easily broken with slight pressure.

            This is first time we have had to complain, and we have no other alternative but to return the goods, carriaage forward. We would require you to replace the damaged goods immediately.
